VAD is currently seeking an HVAC Counter Associate at our Charlotte, NC branch.

Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Assist walk in/ call ins with their orders
• Pick and pull orders for customers
• Assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading
• Process orders and warranty transactions
• Oversee showroom/counter area, to include cycle counts, replenishment, merchandising, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
