*Role can be remote to the NJ/NY area but candidate needs to be able to commutable to Skillman, NJ as needed. Exciting opportunity to join our leading healthcare client's Imagery Production Team as an Imagery Coordinator! This team creates CGI images that are photorealistic renders of consumer products and product ingredients. This is a critical role that is integral to the production process. Will serve as main point of contact and liaison for working with the artists, the various division teams, and manager. You will provide insight and guidance so production remains on schedule and within budget. You will have daily contact with Brand and Digital Design teams, CGI artists and IT and Systems leaders is necessary and required. This role acts as the POC and liaison between the brand partners and production/artist team for scoping, collection and organization of artwork, files, product information and budget adherence. Position is open because the volume and importance of product imagery on the digital shelf is increasing on a daily basis.

What you'll do: -Needs to be able to collect and verify product information, mechanical files, and product metadata.
-Needs to be able to go through, open up the mechanical files understanding what they are from a structural file perspective, and also look artwork mechanical files to be able to look at Adobe Illustrator understand what artwork looks like, are fonts outlined, are linked images to those artworks being provided
-Manage and communicate all production updates
-Communicates with the artists bench
-Manage and validate all production data in the PM system and imagery server
-Managing workflow throughout its entirety within Wrike
-Needs to be able to manage themselves
-Imperative to have a Print Production skill set
-Good understanding of Word, Powerpoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Smartsheet, Nuke, Maya
-Be able to validate pre-flight structural files
-Upload all of the product information into the right system and create assign the tasks within that system, tracking and reporting
-Strong understanding of Process Management, Workflow Management
-Will work with artists, other coordinators, etc.
-Demonstrated success in interfacing with third parties
Key Areas of Focus:
-Collect and verify product information, mechanical files and meta-data
-Manage and communicate production updates
-Organize and validate all production data in the PM system and imagery server
The Successful Candidate o Validates and pre-flights structural and artwork technical files through Adobe Illustrator and CAD to verify product needs
o Creates & assigns tasks in the project management and communication system
o Tracks and reports project tasks status and communications, project Budget, schedule management, and issue tracking
o Assists brand teams with quality reviews of product imagery and assures that deliverables adhere to global standards
o Manages and delivers tasks based on delivery timelines
o Oversees the delivery of imagery and reviews final files for accuracy and meets imagery standards
o Uploads approved Product Imagery and associated meta-data to Imagery Server and J&J Digital Asset Management Systems
What you'll bring :
-4 - 7 years' experience as an artwork, CGI or digital production coordinator
-Working knowledge of packaging production, CGI software, CGI pipelines, product photography and photorealistic rendering
-Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
-Comfortable working autonomously, while being a part of a team
-Demonstrated success at organizing third-party vendors to deliver accurate imagery files
-Working knowledge of the following applications/platforms
-CSS, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
-Microsoft Office, inclusive of Outlook, PPT and Excel
-Project management systems; Wrike is preferred but not required
-Smartsheet
-Data Asset Management Systems
-Imagery software such as Nuke, Maya, Cinema4D
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
