As the Inside Sales/Lead Generator, you will be calling into rural hospitals to set meetings for the President of the company. You will be primarily targeting Kentucky and will branch out to Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

• Generate/secure leads/appointments for president with CEOs/CFOs/CNOs throughout Kentucky targeting "rural critical care facilities" using a database (warm calls) targeting physicians and locums.
• Targeting critical care facilities in need of physicians and/or locums within the ER department.
• Prospect for the company and open the door for meetings.
• Qualify prospects to include known staffing user, pain points within ER dept., consultative sales/value proposition.
• Targeting rural hospitals with critical access that has extra funding from Medicaid and Medicare from the states.
• Inside sales calls
• Introductory emails
• Organize information into a spreadsheet
• Will be targeting Locums

Qualifications:

• Outgoing
• Great verbal communication skills
• Great follow up skills (phone and written)
• Minimum of 1-2 years in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in the healthcare/medical staffing industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently to achieve results.
