The Role: Guide place-making & ground floor retail design opportunities for mixed-use / commercial developments. Contribute to cutting-edge retail, restaurant, and commercial designs. Work with National Clients on regional rollouts. Collaborate with award-winning chefs on unique dining concepts. Participate in conceptual design proposals and make material & finish selections. Have direct contact with Clients and take responsibility for project deliverables. Work with contractors throughout the construction of projects you’ve designed and permitted. What We're Looking For: 2-5+ years of experience, with a focus on retail/restaurant/commercial design. Strong technical proficiency in construction documentation. Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Exceptional design skills and a compelling portfolio. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Adaptability and eagerness to take on diverse responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's preferred for Architects). Professional license or on track for licensure. Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
