Responsibilities

• Understand different fandoms and find unique ways to engage with them
• Assist in the creation & ideation of innovative digital initiatives
• Edit video content for the digital team
• Support the digital team in artist and market research, as well as reporting & analysis.
• Community Manage accounts, and ensure content parity across key platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Triller)
• Have your ear to the ground on best practices, and what’s trending
• Create content skeletons for artists, and be able to understand each client’s tone-of-voice
• Work cross functionally with internal teams
• Develop and organize tools such as one-sheets, consumer research documents, online/ offline marketing materials

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
• Ability to analyze and organize streaming and social media data to identify trends, track performance, and inform content and marketing strategies.
• Experience with editing software (Capcut, Final Cut Pro)
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Have basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, YouTube)
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be able to work at our Santa Monica office Monday-Thursday

Hourly Rate: $17.81/hr
