Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify all international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Maintain detailed records of all international shipments for audits and reporting.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly.
Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in international logistics, trade compliance, or shipping documentation (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export/import regulations, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
