Location: Clifton NJ or Long Island City, NY

Opportunity to join to a community bank on a full time basis as the IT Director. This exciting role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will oversee the entire IT function of bank, managing a team of 10+ employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies to support organizational objectives.
Ensure a reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive technology innovation and automation.
Manage IT staff including staffing, performance management, and training.
Oversee systems administration, technical support, and network management.
Lead IT service delivery, ensuring excellent customer support and system integrity.
Participate in business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT management within mid-size or large organizations.
Expertise in IT leadership, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.

Salary:
Depending on experience & skill
($165,000 - $195,000)
