Job Responsibilities: Provide user, hardware, software, and server support for all campuses. Responsible for IT network and operation. Church Management System Administration. Pulling Reports from the Church Management System. Backend Website and other online software management. Provide New IT: Research, propose, purchase, and install new hardware and software. Manage IT: Manage network operations and network administration tasks. Maintain licensing for software and manage support contracts. Manage the IT budget. Manage Exchange mailboxes and user accounts for Active Directory, ServiceU, VPN, and LogMeIn. Staff and infrastructure hardware support. Church Management System: Serve as lead administrator on the ChMS. Train staff in usage of the ChMS. Create reports/Train others in creating reports. Continuous improvement in ChMS usage/management. Role Profile: Spiritual gifts: Administration, service. Abilities/talents/skills/competencies: Working knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMWare ESXi, Ruckus, SonicWall (or other enterprise firewall), VLANs. Experience or other qualifications: 3 years hands-on IT experience, Fox River member. Accountable to/reports to/on team with/supervises or has subordinates: Reports to Operations Director.
