Job Title: Sr. IT Systems Engineer

Job Type: Contract or contract to hire (6 - 12 months)

Job Location: Remote - Onsite if you want to go for CTH after 6 months.

Location: Remote if you are fine being a contractor, but if you want to convert to full-time, you will eventually have to work onsite about 5 days a week at one of the following office locations:

• San Francisco
• Los Angeles
• Dallas
• Atlanta
• Bellevue
• New York City
• Chicago

We're looking for an IT generalist focused on SaaS collaboration tools and/or Endpoint Management.

Candidates should have 1 or 2 of the following:

• SaaS Collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office 365)
• Endpoint management (Windows/Intune, Mac/Jamf)

Responsibilities include:

• Operations/administration and support for SaaS collaboration tools and endpoint management
• Experience in migrations (Google to Google, MS Office to Google)
• Conference room AV support
• OS patching and software updates
• Nice to have: Jira, Confluence, deploying asset management solutions, IAM (Okta)
