Program Description

J-IMPACT Winter Finance and Business Leaders Networking Internship is a 10-day immersive experience that blends real-world professional exposure with Jewish values, leadership principles, and ethical decision-making.

Designed for students interested in finance, accounting, investing, financial analysis, banking, fintech, or corporate strategy , the program highlights how integrity, responsibility, and purpose shape sound financial judgment, long-term value creation, and ethical decision-making. Participants meet with leaders directly in their fieldincluding analysts, portfolio managers, financial executives, venture capital professionals, bankers, and corporate finance leaderswhile also engaging with influential business leaders from diverse industries.

Through company visits and private networking dinners, interns explore how Jewish ethical principles such as honesty, stewardship, responsibility, and community guide financial decision-making, risk assessment, and organizational trust.

Student Experience

Finance-focused students will:

  • Connect with leaders in finance, investing, accounting, banking, and corporate financial strategy
  • Hear from executives across multiple industries about how financial thinking drives growth, stability, and long-term planning
