Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order in various areas of our facility. Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. The role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance with a focus on commercial settings. The schedule is Thursday - Monday 7am - 10am.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors to ensure they are extremely cleaned and well maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchen and common areas by restocking supplies and performing deep cleaning as needed.
• Carry out commercial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus
• Transportation to and from work punctually
• Extreme RELIABILITY, ability to work with little to no supervision
• Background Check Required
• Must be able to legally work within the US
