Service Plumber Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing company that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.

We are looking for top level service plumbers who want a career, not a job!

We are seeking customer service-oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! We are looking for a licensed plumber who holds a Journeyman License. Must be willing to undergo background check.

Qualifications:

• Servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Must hold valid Journeyman's license
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job including lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
• Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below

Responsibilities:

• Use of Service Titan software to estimate residential and commercial repairs
• Ability to manage plumbing projects through entire lifecycle: plan, budget, organize, and fully repair to customer satisfaction in timely manner
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently.
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customers plumbing emergencies
