Job Description

A well-established Financial Services Organization headquartered in Miramar, Florida is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, banking operations, and revenue support. As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will work closely with the Director of Treasury and other departments to help manage daily cash activity, support billing operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: Assist with daily cash tracking and help forecast short-term cash needs Support revenue and sales reporting, including tracking inflows and trends Work on the accounts receivable aging to support timely collections Process billing reports and billing debits Deposit and post incoming checks received Help review and process ACH transactions and wire transfers Support the team with monthly reporting and reconciliations Assist in tracking customer payments and coordinating with the collections team Maintain accurate records and support documentation for treasury activities Contribute to ongoing improvements in treasury processes and reporting tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Up to 2 years of experience (including internships, part-time roles, or academic projects) Comfortable working with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Eager to learn, take initiative, and work well with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Benefits: ~401(k) with company match ~ Health, dental, and vision insurance ~ Flexible Spending Account (FSA) ~ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ~ Paid time off and holidays ~ Career growth and development support
