Compensation : $75,000-$80,000 (Negotiable)

Eligible EAD : CPT, OPT, H1B, H4-EAD, L2S, GC

Job description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, IT, or any equivalent degree.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL & Python
• Should be able to do data visualisation using Tableau or Excel.
• Excellent English communication (both oral and written) and reading comprehension
• skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines.
• Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes with ease.
• Willingness to work beyond traditional working hours and days as required by the business.
• The person should be open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
