Kids Associate- One Church Lakes Region
About position
The Kids Associate will report directly to the Outpost Pastor and work cooperatively with Outpost Coordinators. This position will lead the Kids Ministry at their Outpost. Passionate about connecting kids or Students to God, people, and the mission.
Showing evidence of an active growing relationship with God Praying for One daily.
Striving toward our mission of more people in the kingdom of heaven in the shortest time.
Willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful.
Energized by working with children.
You Will Be:
Part-time
Leading the childrens ministry at a specic outpost.
Recruiting, training and developing volunteers.
Participating in projects assigned by the Outpost Pastor.
Attending sta meetings.
Participating in other team meetings.
Scheduling and communicating with volunteers weekly.
Participating in ministry-specic events.
Developing and editing curriculum as assigned.
Completing a variety of weekly administrative tasks.
You Have:
Ability to work from a laptop and use basic computer programs.
Ability to lead, guide and correct volunteers.
