Lead Contents Restorer

At Service Team of Professionals, we specialize in emergency restoration of properties damaged by Fire, Water, Smoke & Mold.

Imagine a home fire and what that looks like. Not only is the structure damaged, but personal property within that home has been damaged by smoke, fire, and water. This includes artwork, furniture, antiques, and family heirlooms. We are hiring a Lead Contents Restorer that coordinates packing out the personal property, taking it to our processing center for cleaning and restoring, and then returning to the customer after their property is repaired. This includes taking photos of all personal property and inventorying in our management system. Working with vendor partners on specialty cleaning for pianos, pool tables, artwork, and electronics. Sending updates to insurance companies and homeowners throughout the process. This is a critical member of our team and is a highly rewarding career for the right person.

This position does not require contents cleaning experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service Skills & background in face-to-face service industry
• Technically inclined and comfortable using mobile apps and software.
• Excellent Communicator
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Must be able to pack, unpack, and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid PA driver’s license.
• Must complete and pass a background check.
• Ability to work in dirty and sometimes toxic environments. PPE will provided and required.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments with homeowners
• Packing and unpacking boxes.
• Cleaning all types of personal property with the latest professional methods and products.
• Staging job site for packing and organizing
• Taking photos. Creating Inventory Reports. Track contents using QR Codes and Contents Management Software.
• Maintaining clean job site, company truck, and shop.
• Sending reports and updates to customers
• Coordinating with other vendors on cleaning specialty items. Coordinating projects with the mitigation team.
• Proactively learn new methods of cleaning contents eventually earning an IICRC Certification Contents Cleaning methods.

• Hourly Rate of $ 18- $ 22 per hour
