About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Watlow, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in driving preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and prioritizing workloads.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee external facility support vendors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
• Train and mentor technicians to promote skill development and safety adherence.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and minimize production interruptions.

What you'll need to succeed:
• High-school graduate/GED (preferred).
• Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or 5+ years of related experience.
• Proven leadership experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge in industrial machinery systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to emergencies.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
