One of our clients needs a Lead UiPath RPA Lead Developer for a contract position. Position: Lead UiPath RPA Lead Developer Location: Washington, DC-Hybrid Position Type: Contract Travel: Travel is required Job Description: Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a Lead UiPath RPA Lead Developer to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath. Develop and maintain RPA hots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. Mentor and support junior developers and peers at offshore Implement best practices for data governance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of data services. Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Overall 8+ years of IT experience & 3+ years in RPA development using UiPath Strong knowledge of architecting, designing, developing, arid deploying automation solutions using Ui Path software Good in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, creating workflows, developing and configuring BOTs using Ui Path Demonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems. Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years. Must reside in the local Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia Area (DMV). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UiPath is a must. Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders. Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
