Are you competitive and love to win?We are a locally owned property management company looking for a passionate Leasing Agent who is energized by other people and takes pride in helping people find their perfect home!If you love getting to know people, building relationships, and have a knack for persuading others then this is the perfect job for you.As a Leasing Agent, you are responsible for being the face of the multiple apartment communities.A DAY IN THE LIFE:LeasingConduct tours to prospective residents within a geographic area.Send prospective residents an application link after showing.Follow up on all tours where an application was not submitted.Weekly Win the Week meetings to set you up for success.Conduct move-ins with residents.Conduct move-in inspections to ensure the unit is 100% to our CNW standardsPosting notices as needed.Plan, execute and attend Resident Events to build community. Misc. boots on the ground tasks as needed.Conduct property walks to ensure the property curb appeal is 100% to our CNW standardsSubmit work orders when issues are found.Administrative:Be the eyes and ears while on property.
