Job Description

Our client located in Denver, Colorado is currently hiring for a Legal Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting multiple attorneys in a team environment. Duties include: providing comprehensive secretarial support, complex document editing, creating tables and spreadsheets, project management, calendar and travel management, and maintaining paper and electronic files

This position requires on-site work 3 days per week and allows 2 day remote weekly. You must be in commuting distance to downtown Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, editing and proofreading a variety of complex documents for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, format and content.
  • Creating and maintaining client files.
  • Assisting with timekeeping, transcription, and payment processing requests and coordinating billing processes.
  • Scheduling and calendar management.
  • Travel arrangements and expense report processing.
  • Communicating directly with clients and courts.
  • Managing attorney memberships and credentials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma from an accredited institution at minimum; Bachelor degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience working within a law firm or in a high-level executive assistant role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
  • Advanced Outlook experience
