Legal Assistant (Client Intake Specialist)

We're looking for a Client Intake Specialist to join our Roseville, CA office to help make a difference in the lives of our clients.
This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to enter the legal environment. Customer service and/or administrative experience is highly desired but not required. The position is full-time and on-site.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, primarily via phone.
Conduct frequent telephone and email communications with individuals inquiring about legal services.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gather initial information and answer questions.
Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively, responding professionally, and ensuring each caller feels valued.
Collect and document information from potential clients to help attorneys determine if their case meets the firm's criteria.
Manage the beginning stages of the client relationship, ensuring a smooth and welcoming intake process.
Utilize case management and intake software to accurately record client details and track progress.
Perform some administrative duties as needed to support the intake process.
Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
