| Salary/rate: | $16.00hr for labor hours, $0.50 hr. per person for recruiting.
| Requirements: | 24/7 Availability to work at a moment's notice

| About us: | We are a disaster restoration and hurricane cleanup source that has been in business for 9 years. We are strongest in Florida, but we are looking to expand our teams nationally. We are building a company that can offer part-time/full-time work and become a long-term career option.

| About the role: | The Local Labor Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding local labor to support the company's restoration operations. This includes a variety of tasks, such as developing and executing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, and managing the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and hiring labor, as well as a strong understanding of the restoration industry.
| Responsibilities: | Onboard new employees and ensure that they have the necessary training and support to be successful in their roles. Maintain relationships with local labor unions and other organizations to identify and recruit qualified candidates. Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and candidate quality. Other duties as assigned.

| Candidate Qualifications: | Strong understanding of all aspects of restoration, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. Experience with developing and implementing recruiting strategies. Strong interviewing and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

| Desired Skills and Experience: | Experience in recruiting and hiring labor in the restoration industry. Knowledge of local labor unions and other organizations that recruit laborers. Experience with social media recruiting Bilingualism (English/Spanish)
