Logistics/Invoicing Specialist
Job Brief: Danieli Group, located in Cranberry Township, PA, is looking for an in office, full-time candidate for a Logistics Invoicing Specialist in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The Logistics Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks related to billing processes and communication with clients.
Tasks and Day-to-Day in the role: - Review invoices and packing lists from our suppliers
- Track shipments leaving our intercompany locations and our local warehouses
- Enter receipt of goods into our ERP system
- Issue/Email invoices to our customers
- Communicate with customers on shipment questions/issues
- Keep up to date records in our electronic portal and excel tracking spreadsheet
Experience and Qualifications: - High School Diploma or College Degree
- Experience with billing processes and invoicing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle client billing Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume business environments
- A previous experience in a forwarding, transport or logistics company would be considered a plus
