Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities 

• Daily sweep of trails, pond banks, and main thoroughfares for debris.
• Pick up trash throughout the District along the trails and parking lots of the facilities; this also includes Park Square and pond banks.
• Ensure pocket parks throughout the District are presentable.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, painting skills, basic maintenance skills.
• Keep a record of completed repairs.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
