Global consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a Manufacturing Manager

*Must be bilingual in English/Spanish*

• Lead two plant sites in Central America
• Manage cost center budgets and S&OP budgets
• Travel 25% to visit the two plants you will manage
• Improve process flow for various departments- implementing additional automation as needed
• Keeping track of plant performance metrics
• Reducing costs in manufacturing centers

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Bachelor's degree required
• Lean six sigma background is highly preferred
• Proven track record of developing direct reports
• Prior experience managing cost center budgets
