About the role
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee a comprehensive array of lead generation, analytics, and marketing communications functions across several affiliated companies within the advertising technology sector.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of targeted customer outreach campaigns, social media advertising, blog posts, and other mass communication efforts. Additionally, you will ensure that all marketing materials align with our diverse brand identities. Success in this role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot and the ability to transform creative ideas into impactful marketing campaigns.
Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building and maintaining strong, consistent brand presence across various online and offline marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Lead Pipeline: Utilize HubSpot to oversee the lead pipeline, making recommendations and implementing changes to optimize analytics and gain insights into marketing performance.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns under the guidance of the CMO and in collaboration with enterprise sales teams.
- Channel Experimentation: Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, account-based lead generation campaigns, and copywriting.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and writers to publish valuable and engaging content for our website and blog, aimed at attracting and converting our target audience.
- Event Planning: Plan and prepare for participation in various trade and industry shows.
- Marketing Material Oversight: Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including website banners, hard copy brochures, and case studies.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Detailed & Proven Experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Platform: Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot for managing CRM, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Demonstrable B2B Marketing Experience: Experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of business-to-business marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborative Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Website Analytics Proficiency: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and improve marketing performance.
- Numerical Literacy: Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting metrics, and processing figures using spreadsheets to derive actionable insights.
- Aesthetic Sense and Communication Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for great writing, clear communication, and witty & innovative campaigns.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, with a proactive approach to implementing new strategies.
- Educational Background: BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
