Job Title: Marketing Professional

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our client's team in Guam. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and drive repeat business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the restaurant's brand, offerings, and unique selling points.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and ensure alignment with the restaurant's mission and values.
- Create visually compelling marketing materials (menus, flyers, banners, etc.) that reflect the restaurant's brand identity.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the restaurant's online presence across platforms such as the website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Google My Business, and review sites (Yelp, TripAdvisor).
- Develop and post engaging content (photos, videos, and stories) to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and optimize engagement.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal offers to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing campaigns with restaurant goals, including promotions for new menu items, events, and limited-time offers.
- Track the success of campaigns and adjust tactics to improve results and ROI.
Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, food bloggers, and community organizations to drive visibility and create partnerships.
- Represent the restaurant at local events, food festivals, and media interviews to promote the brand.
- Engage with the local community through sponsorships, charity events, and collaborations that enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Content Creation & Photography:
- Take professional-quality photos and videos of food, drinks, and the restaurant's ambiance for marketing purposes.
- Develop creative and visually appealing content for social media, newsletters, and digital advertising.
- Create blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns that promote events, specials, and new menu items.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain a customer database to track customer preferences, gather feedback, and send personalized offers or promotions.
- Implement loyalty programs and email marketing campaigns to reward repeat customers and encourage referrals.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the local market.
- Regularly assess customer satisfaction, review site ratings, and online feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on positive reviews.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Creativity with an eye for visual design and photography.
- Knowledge of local market trends and community dynamics in Guam.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on marketing needs and restaurant events.
- Location: On-site at the restaurant with occasional travel for events or photo shoots.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods during events.
