This is an unpaid clinical rotation placement for students. For placement acceptance, there must be an active Clinical Affiliation Agreement between your college/university and MaineGeneral. While on rotation, students must: strictly maintain and safeguard confidential information; adhere to Maine General's work hours, policies and procedures; relate and apply knowledge acquired in the academic setting to their work environment at MaineGeneral; display self-awareness in regard to attitude, values, and behaviors that influence their work; be consistent and punctual in the submission of all work assignments to the supervisor and student coordinator; demonstrate understanding of patient centered care and customer service; seek and accept feedback on knowledge, skills, and professional development.
