We are actively seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing therapeutic intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current clinical license (LLC, LLMSW, LPC, LMSW, LLP, LP). $55,000 - $61,569 yearly

• Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives

• Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
• Work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan and goals
• Deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly
• Utilize technology and electronic platforms to communicate, provide treatment, record-keeping, etc.
• Meet with the clinical director/direct supervisor for performance growth skills, collaborate with the administrative staff, and embrace a team-lead approach in the clinical work with their respective patients
• Administrative staff schedules intake appointments and clinicians maintain follow-up appointment scheduling
• Passionate and driven to achieve successful outcomes

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Applicants must have a current Michigan License verifiable through LARA: LLC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, or LLP.  Sorry, no in-progress licenses.

• Strong proficiency with technology and computer-based programs for record-keeping, scheduling, etc.

• Comfortable providing online counseling services
• Familiarity with trauma treatment

Preferred:

• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity and provide some in-person services
