Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, and a proven track record in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage field operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards .
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to drive project success.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including project engineers, estimators, and field supervisors .
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, submittals, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and procurement to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements .
• Provide project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems .
• Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects .
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials used in construction.
• Experience with ground-up and tenant improvement projects in sectors such as healthcare, data centers, life sciences, and commercial buildings .
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management software .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
