We are seeking a  dynamic Mobile Office Assistant (Print/Mail/Hospitality and Facility)  to join our team in downtown Chicago. This role involves providing comprehensive office services support, including PDF scanning, assembling binders, and mailroom/package handling (FedEx & USPS). Additional responsibilities include mailroom services (using Stamps.com or Pitney Bowes machine), hospitality support (kitchens and cafés), supporting facility projects, and other tasks as needed.

• Job Title: Mobile Office Assistant
• Location: Downtown Chicago, IL
• Pay: $25.50 an hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week

Essential Job Functions:

• Copy & Print: Specializing in legal printing and terminology
• Digital Scanning: Efficiently manage and process digital documents
• Mailroom/Package Handling: Send and receive packages with precision
• Mailing/Certified Mail: Utilize Stamps.com or Pitney Bowes for mailroom services
• Office Services: General office support tasks
• Backup Reception/Hospitality: Provide coverage as needed
• Facility Project Support: Assist with various facility projects
• Email/Inbox Management: Communicate with clients, organize, and tag emails
• Support team call-offs, weekly scheduling, and lead the mobile team
• Additional Projects: As required.  Backup Receptionist if needed.

Required Skills:

• Familiar with law firm print - a plus
• Professional polish and demeanor
• Preferred experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Calendar
