Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice and solutions to clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Stay informed about the latest market trends and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking or current mortgage brokerage
• Education: Completion of the Sauder Business School Sub Mortgage Broker License or ability to complete prior to start date
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a client-focused mindset
