Now Hiring: Junior Loan Officer | Licensed or Unlicensed | Hybrid | Phoenix Area

If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to build a real career in the mortgage industry, this is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business while working with live, exclusive inbound leads.

We are looking for a licensed Loan Officer or an unlicensed Junior Loan Officer to join our growing team and handle exclusive online purchase leads, with a small mix of refinance leads. You will speak directly with borrowers, take the initial application, gather key details, and pass the file to a senior loan officer for structuring and closing.

This is a hybrid position. You will work primarily from home, with in-person team meetings once or twice per month in the Phoenix area.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $15.15–$20.00 depending on experience

• Expected first-year earnings range: typically $50,000–$70,000+ depending on performance, lead follow-up, and conversion rates

Who we are looking for:

  • Licensed Arizona loan officers
  • Individuals with experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Processor who are ready to transition into a Loan Officer role
  • Individuals actively working toward obtaining their mortgage license
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily follow-up expectations

This role is ideal for someone newer to the industry who wants consistent leads, real production experience, and a clear path to growing into a top-producing loan officer without starting from zero.
