CDL A or B with Passenger Endorsement Licensed Motor Coach/School Bus Dispatcher
Salary: $40K-60K - Commensurate with Experience
Work Days/Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 5am-1:30pm
Location: 569 3rd Avenue Extension, Rensselaer, NY 12144*
*All candidates must reside within 50 mile radius of this location

This position involves both motor coach and school bus drivers/vehicles. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist Dispatch Team Members with managing and maintaining daily schedules, ensuring accuracy and that updates are communicated to relevant parties.
• Assist with relaying work orders, messages, and information to or from Motor Coach Operators, supervisors, and managers necessary to achieve successful execution of job assignments.
• Being able to dispatch buses and communicate with teams accordingly including scheduled charters and daily school bus routes.
• Assist other Dispatch Team Members with real-time communication between drivers, operations staff, and management
• Periodical route surveillance towards making recommendation or advising changes when necessary to ensure sustainable quality operations
• Support Operations team with various administrative work
• Assist with monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations, and monitoring of both drivers in relation to their remaining hours of service and equipment as to its availability.
