Responsibilities Lead a development team comprised of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers on complex implementations of HealthRules for a client. Participate in Sprint sessions following the Agile methodology. Assist in capturing client requirements and support integration and reporting development as needed. Demonstrate expertise in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft, with a focus on leveraging Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures. Analyze customer data, assist in capturing client requirements, and provide expertise to understand client needs for HealthRules Payer implementations, covering integrations, migrations, and reporting. Design integrations required for interfaces, conversions/migrations, and debug complex integration solutions for client implementations. Provide expertise in understanding client needs for HealthRules Payer implementations by analyzing data and defining solutions across integrations, migrations, and reporting. Possess strong knowledge of healthcare data integration standards such as HL7, EDI, CCD, and DICOM. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and integration design patterns. Experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies. Proficient in using revision control and source code repositories such as Git, SVN, Bitbucket, and Perforce.
