A Neonatology Physician at Intermountain Health provides specialized medical care to newborn infants, particularly those who are ill or premature, working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role involves performing 12-hour shifts on an as-needed basis across multiple hospital locations in Colorado. The physician must have board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, an active medical license, and relevant pediatric training to deliver high-quality patient care within a nationally recognized health system.

About th is role : As a physician in Neonatology with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- Physician will join Neonatologist team on a PRN, or as-needed basis.
- Shifts generally taken in 12-hour increments.
- Our group supports four Intermountain Health Hospitals: Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, St Joseph Hospital in Denver, Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge and Platte Valley in Brighton, Colorado.
- 12-hour shifts paid at a rate of $2,430.00.
What you'll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited r esidency training in Pediatrics, Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Federal DEA Registration
- Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
