This position focuses on promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being through creative and recreational programs tailored to the diverse needs of individuals. The assistant collaborates closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and aligned with care plans. By fostering a positive and stimulating environment, the role contributes significantly to residents' overall satisfaction and health outcomes. Ultimately, the New Activities Assistant helps create a supportive community atmosphere that encourages participation, independence, and joy.
