Our Worldwide Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team. In this role, you will ensure employee productivity is maximized and customer engagement is achieved. You will also play a key part in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.

Our Operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. Please note that all workflows have slight building variations, but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer.

The Non-Inventory Receiver will work as a team with other Non-Inventory Receivers, and POAs to administer the flow of non-inventory goods including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools.

Key job responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate others.
- Performs accurate shipping supplies cycle counts and assures the delivery of expense receive items of shipping supplies and gift wrap to the appropriate location.
- PIT rider operation; Off load and accurately put away non-inventory goods; Stage product in work areas; Organization of packaging supplies; Maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies in kanbans and supermarkets; Receive goods into Coupa system (data entry); Research missing non-inventory shipments; Assist with payment inquiries from A/P; Input and correction of inventory in planning and yard systems, and file keeping.
- Escalates barriers to Operations leaders. Drives and executes standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet daily operational goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
