Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, chronic condition management, and treatment of acute illnesses
Conduct physical exams; order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
Develop and implement individualized treatment and patient education plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and self-management
Adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory care standards
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends or nights)
