Job Description

Hospital based Addiction Medicine need for Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant in New Rochelle! This is shift work 7a-7p and must do 84 hours in a 14 day block, including 2 weekend days. Located in lower Westchester County, group offers a competitive salary + bonuses + CME + 401k match and full benefits.

Job Function:

Day time shift work 7a-7p
Can do 7on/7off or 7 shifts in a 14 day period with 2 weekend days required
Assessment and management of candidates presenting with withdrawal symptoms.
Coordinate patients’ progress and treatment plans with an active multi-disciplinary team including counselors, nursing, and psychiatry.
Evaluate patients for medication-assisted treatments, working collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
Acquire knowledge of the most up-to-date evidence-based practices in the field.

Job Requirements:

NP or PA - 9 months + of practice experience
1 year of Addiction medicine experience is required
Inpatient only
Work out of one hospital
Must be able to get suboxone waiver within a few months of joining
