Job Description

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. MUST HAVE A STRONG LEASING TRACK RECORD. COMMISSION OFFERED AND EARNED!Experience with lead and CRM management required.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements-additional training available.Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors only as necessary.Utilize property management software such as Yardi or Appfolio for tracking leases, payments, and troubleshooting maintenance support requests.Maintain accurate records of property files, including tenant applications, leases, and correspondence.Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify maintenance needs. This includes managing inventory and the commencement checklist. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize vacancy rates. Keep up with market changes. Prepare reports on property performance metrics for ownership review.Must be willing to travel to multiple locations in Wayne and Oakland Countyvalid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Required.This is a W-2 position with direct housing compensation.This position will be based out of Detroit, Michigan (Midtown). Familiarity with historical/restorative and new construction development is a plus. This is a GROWING position.
