A leading imaging organization is seeking a Full Time Operations Supervisor in Northern California. This role is ideal for a dynamic operational leader who excels in balancing strategic oversight with hands-on field support. The successful candidate will drive excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across mobile imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage, train, and support employees to foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Experience with self-directed teams is highly valued.
  • Operational Excellence: Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to optimize workflows and service delivery.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for client facilities; ensure positive relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Quality & Process Improvement: Utilize formal training in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Financial Acumen: Interpret and act on P&L reports to support profitability and cost control.
  • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate above-average skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and communication.

Education, Experience and Travel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.
  • Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is registered by ARRT, NMTCB or ARMRIT Required. Licensure from the state of California preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years as a Radiologic Technologist Preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years imaging management experience (supervisor, manager or director).
  • Prior experience in mobile imaging strongly preferred.
  • Work from home, with overnight travel (5-7 nights/month).
  • Must reside in Northern California.
