We are currently seeking an Oracle CPQ Developer - REMOTE to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US). Day to Day Responsibilities: Participate in the hands-on build of the designed solution. Ensure all solutions are built to scale and work across various product lines. Participate in testing and deployment of CPQ solutions to develop and maintain a stable, efficient CPQ environment. Scrutinize and review both existing and proposed solutions, with an emphasis on performance and stability. Work with other team members to integrate CPQ with Salesforce CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems. Provide troubleshooting and programming support for current applications running on Oracle CPQ. Reinforce lessons learned through continual collaboration and refinement of solutions and ideas submitted by team members. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of Oracle CPQ development experience. 3+ years of understanding efficient business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain. Preferred Skills: Experience with commerce flows within CPQ. Experience with requirements and constraints related to heavy industry and manufacturing processes. Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems/programs to support and improve them. Experience with a wide variety of technology-agnostic processes and tools. Exposure to Enterprise CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP, ERP Cloud, etc.), and E-Commerce is a plus. Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology. Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering processes/operations is desirable. Ability to support multiple, geographically diverse facilities. Proven experience delivering complex projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
