UnityPoint Health Allen Hospital is a 204-bed, community hospital serving the Cedar Valley. Allen Hospital is the busiest hospital in the Cedar Valley. We care for more inpatients, outpatients, emergency patients and cardiac patients than any other hospital in our 10-county service area. United Medical Park and Prairie Parkway offer outpatient care in facilities that are built for your comfort and convenience.

• Full-time multi-specialty opportunity

• Efficient, well-supported clinic located at United Medical Park an ambulatory campus which also has a Multi-specialty ASC attached

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

• Call coverage with work/life balance

• 204 bed Hospital, Level 3 trauma center with established Hospitalist Team

• 12 bed ICU with intensivist

• Management of Upper extremity conditions in the inpatient as well as the outpatient setting.

• Flexible work week-with built in surgery days at hospital and ASC.

• Midlevel support (NP/PA)

• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.

• MD or DO

• Fellowship trained in Hand surgery.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa

• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice

• Eligible to work in the United States
