Dignity Health Medical Group North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $145,000$155,000 + productivity incentives

• Sign-on & relocation bonus

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Current and unrestricted California license and certification

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required

• First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings

Want to spend the weekend in the city? Sacramento is just over two hours away through easy farmland and the bay area is only about three to four hours from Redding. Want to refresh your spirit by dipping your toes in the ocean? A quick three hour drive takes you through bigfoot country to the northern CA coast. (Bonus points if you drive about 20 minutes farther to explore Jurassic Park - aka Fern Canyon - or the forest moon of Endor - aka Grizzly Creek SP.)
