Summary

The Painter at Envision Unlimited is responsible for plastering and painting facilities throughout the organization.

Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
• Prepares, cleans, sands, plasters, and tapes all jobsites when necessary.
• Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
• Cleans up worksite debris.
• Knowledge of painting tools and equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Drywall repair and painting skills.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively a plus.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks mentioned above.
