Join to apply for the Part-Time/Hourly Litigation Attorney role at Kaufman Dolowich LLP The San Francisco office of Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. news in their list of “Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms”, is seeking a Part-Time or hourly Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability and/or Commercial Litigation. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload by working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice, court appearances, and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Note: Hybrid or Remote work option. Qualifications: JD from an ABA accredited law school. 4+ years of litigation experience in general or professional liability, employment or commercial litigation. Admitted to practice in California. Superior academic credentials. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The hourly range for this position is $100 - $125 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
