Parts Counter Sales – Manufacturing company located in Northwest Houston.
A manufacturing company located in Northwest Houston is seeking a driven, reliable parts counter salesperson who is knowledgeable, professional and looking for an “early career” position that could turn into a long-term career.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ordering and processing customer and/or vendor parts requests through over the counter and telephone sales
· Maintaining and managing inventory
· Maintain parts processing and filing of invoices and other documents that pertain to daily job functions
· Receive, unload, and put-up parts shipments
· Maintain a clean and orderly parts area and warehouse
· Assist service and sales department as needed
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· Clerical skills; touch typing, filing, data entry, basic spreadsheets, email and faxing
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to work well with others and maintain positive customer relations
· Proven customer relation skills
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bilingual is preferred, not required
