We have a very successful established Orthodontist practice that will refer all our patients plus our community is needing this Pediatric practice on the Island. We are looking for a dentist that wants to put their name on the door either as an Associate or owner/ partner that wants to grow this practice and connect with our community. Job Duties:

• Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
• Perform Pediatric procedures as diagnosed.
• Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  
  
  
  Education and Experience:
  FL DMD License or in process, Certified Pediatric Dentist
