Personal Assistant to Restaurateur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to support a busy restaurateur. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle a mix of personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal & Errand Support:
Driving as needed for business and personal errands (e.g., dry cleaning, coffee runs, pickups/drop-offs).
Managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handling miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Administrative & Office Tasks:
Managing emails and correspondence.
Scheduling and setting up appointments.
Assisting with light bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
Organizing files and handling general office duties.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
Assisting with social media posts and engagement.
Helping with content creation and scheduling posts.
Restaurant & Business Assistance (Preferred):
Assisting in coordination between staff and vendors.
Helping with event planning and execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
